General InformationWe have a selection of houses for rent to students in Canterbury. We have student houses for rent in Canterbury ranging from 4 to 7 bedrooms. All of our properties for rent are within walking distance of the centre of Canterbury, and are close to the University of Kent campus, Christchurch College, Kent Institute of Art and Design (KIAD) and Canterbury College. All of our student accommodation in Canterbury has all the legal requirements and safety certificates for renting to students. It has rooms on three floors, secure parking for 3 cars, and is a real piece of history - it's 400 years old and was a pub until the 1960s! It is 5 minutes walk to the very centre of Canterbury and very close to Canterbury East station. Please note that these distances are approximate, and are also by car. Distances on foot in a lot of cases will be considerably shorter, because of footpath shortcuts, and because it is possible to walk through the middle of Canterbury (the pedestrianised bit) but by car you have to go around the ring road. Price and AvailabilityIt is available for rent from July 2009 for the student year until July 2010 for a rent of £2000 per month, which works out to around £77 per person per week.
