General Information

We have a selection of houses for rent to students in Canterbury. We have student houses for rent in Canterbury ranging from 4 to 10 bedrooms. All of our properties for rent are within walking distance of the centre of Canterbury, and are close to the University of Kent campus, Christchurch College, University of the Creative Arts (UCA) formerly Kent Institute of Art and Design (KIAD) and Canterbury College.

All of our student accommodation in Canterbury has all the legal requirements and safety certificates for renting to students.

This is a totally refurbished 10 bedroom house. It used to be the "Round House" pub until it closed five years ago. The building has just been completely renovated, and has ten study-bedrooms, a big living room, a huge kitchen/dining room and three bath/shower rooms. THE RENT ON THIS HOUSE INCLUDES ALL GAS, WATER & ELECTRICITY BILLS, AND BROADBAND, AND TV LICENCE.

Car parking & Public Transport

Parking: None on site - park in nearby side-streets, but being so close to town and buses, you don't need a car to live here

Public Transport: 4 minutes walk from city centre, Unibus to Kent University campus stops almost outside the door.

Please note that these distances are approximate, and are also by car. Distances on foot in a lot of cases will be considerably shorter, because of footpath shortcuts, and because it is possible to walk through the middle of Canterbury (the pedestrianised bit) but by car you have to go around the ring road. For the record, people typically walk at about 4 miles per hour.

Price and Availability

It is available for rent from July 2013 for the student year until July 2014 for a rent of £4000 per month, which works out to around £92 per person per week.
