Rooms to Rent in student houses

We have several fully-furnished houses in Canterbury that we rent to students for most of the year.

We normally rent the houses out to groups of friends who rent the whole house.

However, occasionally we have a situation where one of the sharers needs to leave part-way through the academic year. To help the remaining housemates find someone to move in, we will advertise the room on here. Obviously, you would need to meet the others first, and they would have to be happy for you to be their housemate, before you could take the room.

Rooms in Canterbury - Current Availability

We will have two or three rooms to let in our six-bedroom house at 62 Wincheap, Canterbury. From January 2011 - end June 2011. The rent is £330 per month, NOT including gas, electricity bills etc.
