We have a total of 18 houses for rent to university and college students in Canterbury. We have houses for rent ranging in size from 1 to 10 bedrooms. All of our student accommodation is within walking distance of the centre of Canterbury.
All of our properties in Canterbury are fully furnished and equipped for rental to students. They all have gas central heating, fridge/freezers, microwaves and washing machines. Most have a TV for the living room and a dishwasher and tumble dryer. They all have gas safety certificates.
All of our houses meet all of the safety requirements set by Canterbury City Council for Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO). Our Canterbury student properties are normally rented from July to end June. We rent our houses using our standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement, which is available to view on this web site.
We charge a non-refundable fee of £70 per tenant payable on signing the Tenancy Agreement. We do not charge deposits, but we do insist on the first (summer) rent being paid in advance, and the rest paid on time.
