There is a web page for each property which gives prospective tenants as much information as we can provide about the house, so that they can see straight away if it is what they want. We normally include location with map display, general information, photographs, room sizes, rent details, all legal certification (gas safety, council HMO approval, etc), distances to the various colleges, transport and parking information on the site. Advertising With usWe charge £99 + VAT per year for you to advertise with us. For this, we will take the information that you give to us and make it up into a web page for your property, and then advertise it, with your own contact details, on this web site, until you tell us that it is rented out.
