General InformationWe have a selection of houses for rent to students in Canterbury. We have student houses for rent in Canterbury ranging from 4 to 7 bedrooms. All of our properties for rent are within walking distance of the centre of Canterbury, and are close to the University of Kent campus, Christchurch College, Kent Institute of Art and Design (KIAD) and Canterbury College. All of our student accommodation in Canterbury has all the legal requirements and safety certificates for renting to students. 72 Whitstable Road, Canterbury, Kent CT2 8EB (click here for map)This is a renovated six bedroom, 3 level flat with a large living room and a huge kitchen / dining room. The whole house is nicely decorated, with wood laminate floors throughout and new furniture. It is located within easy walking distance of both the University of Kent and Canterbury city centre, making it ideal if you don't have your own transport. Car parking is available in the side-road across the street. All rooms are wired up for broadband internet and have their own TV aerial points. Please note that these distances are approximate, and are also by car. Distances on foot in a lot of cases will be considerably shorter, because of footpath shortcuts, and because it is possible to walk through the middle of Canterbury (the pedestrianised bit) but by car you have to go around the ring road. Price and AvailabilityIt is available for rent from July 2009 for the student year until July 2010 for a rent of £2000 per month, which works out to around £77 per person per week.
