We have a selection of houses for rent to students in Canterbury. We have student houses for rent in Canterbury ranging from 4 to 10 bedrooms. All of our properties for rent are within walking distance of the centre of Canterbury, and are close to the University of Kent campus, Christchurch College, University of the Creative Arts (UCA) formerly Kent Institute of Art and Design (KIAD) and Canterbury College.

All of our student accommodation in Canterbury has all the legal requirements and safety certificates for renting to students.

This is a refurbished SIX BEDROOM terraced house located on Wincheap, within 4 minutes walk of Canterbury East station and 7 minutes to Canterbury city centre. It has gas central heating, a large living room, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms with showers, 2 WCs. Some bedrooms have their own washbasins. The house is a real piece of history - its around 200 years old and it used to be a pub. There are several rooms available in this house-share for next year - rent is £317 per month ecluding bills.

Please note that these distances are approximate, and are also by car. Distances on foot in a lot of cases will be considerably shorter, because of footpath shortcuts, and because it is possible to walk through the middle of Canterbury (the pedestrianised bit) but by car you have to go around the ring road. For the record, people typically walk at about 4 miles per hour.
