All of our properties for rent are within walking distance of the centre of Canterbury, and are close to the University of Kent campus, Christchurch College, Kent Institute of Art and Design (KIAD) and Canterbury College. It has gas central heating, a large living room, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms with showers, 2 WCs. Most bedrooms have their own washbasins. The house is a real piece of history - its around 200 years old and it used to be a pub. Broadband internet is included in the rent for this house. Please note that these distances are approximate, and are also by car. Distances on foot in a lot of cases will be considerably shorter, because of footpath shortcuts, and because it is possible to walk through the middle of Canterbury (the pedestrianised bit) but by car you have to go around the ring road. Price and AvailabilityIt is available for rent from July 2009 for the student year until July 2010 for a rent of £1900 per month, which works out to just less than £73 per person per week.
