General Information

We have a selection of houses for rent to students in Canterbury. We have student houses for rent in Canterbury ranging from 4 to 7 bedrooms. All of our properties for rent are within walking distance of the centre of Canterbury, and are close to the University of Kent campus, Christchurch College, Kent Institute of Art and Design (KIAD) and Canterbury College.

All of our student accommodation in Canterbury has all the legal requirements and safety certificates for renting to students.

This is a modern house on the University side of Canterbury with up to five bedrooms, on the London Road estate in Canterbury. It has gas central heating, a large kitchen, two bathrooms with two showers, one living/dining room and five bedrooms. It has wood floors in most rooms and is in very good condition. This house has recently been redecorated and is newly furnished.

Parking: On-street right outside house, fairly easy

Public Transport: Longish walk to town centre, or buses to town centre from end of road

Distances

Please note that these distances are approximate, and are also by car. Distances on foot in a lot of cases will be considerably shorter, because of footpath shortcuts, and because it is possible to walk through the middle of Canterbury (the pedestrianised bit) but by car you have to go around the ring road. For the record, people typically walk at about 4 miles per hour.

Price and Availability

It is available for rent from July 2011 for the student year until July 2012 for a rent of £1700 per month, which works out to around £78 per person per week.
