General Information

We have a selection of houses for rent to students in Canterbury. We have student houses for rent in Canterbury ranging from 4 to 10 bedrooms. All of our properties for rent are within walking distance of the centre of Canterbury, and are close to the University of Kent campus, Christchurch College, University of the Creative Arts (UCA) formerly Kent Institute of Art and Design (KIAD) and Canterbury College.

All of our student accommodation in Canterbury has all the legal requirements and safety certificates for renting to students.

This is a modern house in a quiet cul-de-sac off Headcorn Drive, close to the University of Kent campus. It has a living room, large dining kitchen with modern appliances, then four bedrooms and a separate study. There is a bathroom upstairs with a bath and a shower, and an additional toilet downstairs. Most of the house was redecorated recently.

Car parking & Public Transport

Parking: Very Good: One off-street parking space, then park on street outside.

Public Transport: 25 minutes walk to UKC campus, or get bus along Downs Road.

Distances

Please note that these distances are approximate, and are also by car. Distances on foot in a lot of cases will be considerably shorter, because of footpath shortcuts, and because it is possible to walk through the middle of Canterbury (the pedestrianised bit) but by car you have to go around the ring road. For the record, people typically walk at about 4 miles per hour.

Price and Availability

It is available for rent from July 2012 for the student year until July 2013 for a rent of £1400 per month, which works out to around £81 per person per week.
