We have a selection of houses for rent to students in Canterbury. We have student houses for rent in Canterbury ranging from 4 to 7 bedrooms. All of our properties for rent are within walking distance of the centre of Canterbury, and are close to the University of Kent campus, Christchurch College, Kent Institute of Art and Design (KIAD) and Canterbury College.

All of our student accommodation in Canterbury has all the legal requirements and safety certificates for renting to students.

This is a modern house on the University side of Canterbury with up to four or five bedrooms, on the London Road estate in Canterbury. It has gas central heating, a large kitchen, two bathrooms with two showers, one or two living rooms and four/five bedrooms. This house has recently been redecorated and is newly furnished. Most rooms have new wood floors. There are frequent buses into the centre of Canterbury, making it especially suitable for Christchurch students, who can walk from the bus station to Christchurch college.

Distances

Please note that these distances are approximate, and are also by car. Distances on foot in a lot of cases will be considerably shorter, because of footpath shortcuts, and because it is possible to walk through the middle of Canterbury (the pedestrianised bit) but by car you have to go around the ring road. For the record, people typically walk at about 4 miles per hour, so this house is around 25 minutes walk from the University.

It is available for rent from July 2010 for the student year until July 2011 for a rent of £1500 per month.
