General InformationWe have a selection of houses for rent to students in Canterbury. We have student houses for rent in Canterbury ranging from 4 to 7 bedrooms. All of our properties for rent are within walking distance of the centre of Canterbury, and are close to the University of Kent campus, Christchurch College, Kent Institute of Art and Design (KIAD) and Canterbury College. All of our student accommodation in Canterbury has all the legal requirements and safety certificates for renting to students. 162 Wincheap, Canterbury, Kent CT1 3RY (click here for map)This is a refurbished old cottage-style house located on Wincheap, within 10 minutes walk of Canterbury East station and Canterbury city centre. It has gas central heating, a large kitchen, a bathroom with a new shower, a dining room and a living room and four bedrooms (one downstairs and three upstairs). One of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower. Wired for broadband. Bedrooms: 4 Garden: Huge 100 foot long back garden with terrace, small lawn, loads of trees and plants. Free apples! Please note that these distances are approximate, and are also by car. Distances on foot in a lot of cases will be considerably shorter, because of footpath shortcuts, and because it is possible to walk through the middle of Canterbury (the pedestrianised bit) but by car you have to go around the ring road. Price and AvailabilityIt is available for rent from July 2009 for the student year until July 2010 for a rent of £1300 per month, which works out to around £75 per person per week.
