We have a selection of houses for rent to students in Canterbury. We have student houses for rent in Canterbury ranging from 4 to 7 bedrooms. All of our properties for rent are within walking distance of the centre of Canterbury, and are close to the University of Kent campus, Christchurch College, Kent Institute of Art and Design (KIAD) and Canterbury College.

All of our student accommodation in Canterbury has all the legal requirements and safety certificates for renting to students.

This is a refurbished, three storey, six bedroom house located on Wincheap, within 10 minutes walk of Canterbury East station and Canterbury city centre. It has gas central heating, a large kitchen, 3 bathrooms, each with a shower, a living room and six bedrooms. It also has a massive back garden with a big patio - ideal for summer barbecues. It would be ideal for students at either KIAD/UCCA, UKC or Christchurch. Wired for broadband.

Garden: Big back garden - mainly a large terrace with flowerbeds and some trees around.

Availability: Rented from July 2008, not available til July 2009

Parking: On side streets off Wincheap, OK

Public Transport: Short walk into town centre/bus station, Unibus 10 mins walk (Canterbury East)

Distances

Please note that these distances are approximate, and are also by car. Distances on foot in a lot of cases will be considerably shorter, because of footpath shortcuts, and because it is possible to walk through the middle of Canterbury (the pedestrianised bit) but by car you have to go around the ring road. For the record, people typically walk at about 4 miles per hour.

Price and Availability

It is available for rent from July 2009 for the student year until July 2010 for a rent of £1900 per month, which works out to around £73 per person per week.
