General Information

We have a selection of houses for rent to students in Canterbury. We have student houses for rent in Canterbury ranging from 4 to 10 bedrooms. All of our properties for rent are within walking distance of the centre of Canterbury, and are close to the University of Kent campus, Christchurch College, University of the Creative Arts (UCA) formerly Kent Institute of Art and Design (KIAD) and Canterbury College.

All of our student accommodation in Canterbury has all the legal requirements and safety certificates for renting to students.

This is a refurbished house located on Wincheap, within 10 minutes walk of Canterbury East station and Canterbury city centre. It has gas central heating (new energy-efficient boiler 2009), a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, one large living/dining room and four bedrooms (one downstairs and three upstairs). This house has recently been redecorated and is fully furnished. There is a cellar which provides useful storage space. All bedrooms have laminate wood floors. A TV and freeview box is provided for the living room. It has just been double-glazed in summer 2011.

Distances

Please note that these distances are approximate, and are also by car. Distances on foot in a lot of cases will be considerably shorter, because of footpath shortcuts, and because it is possible to walk through the middle of Canterbury (the pedestrianised bit) but by car you have to go around the ring road. For the record, people typically walk at about 4 miles per hour.

Price and Availability

It is available for rent from July 2012 for the student year until July 2013 for a rent of £1390 per month, which works out to around £80 per person per week.
