Introduction to our Student Houses for rent in Canterbury

We have several houses for rent to students in Canterbury. We have houses for rent ranging from 1 to 10 bedrooms. All of our student accommodation is within walking distance of the centre of Canterbury.

All of the houses in Canterbury are fully furnished and equipped for rental to students. They all have gas central heating, fridge/freezers, microwaves and washing machines. Most have a TV for the living room and a dishwasher and tumble dryer. They all have gas safety certificates. All of our houses meet all of the safety requirements set by Canterbury City Council for Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO). Our Canterbury student properties are normally rented from July to end June. We rent our houses using our standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement, which is available to view on this web site. We charge a non-refundable fee of £50 per tenant payable on signing the Tenancy Agreement. We do not charge deposits, but we do insist on the first (summer) rent being paid in advance, and the rest paid on time.

If you are a student at the University of Kent (UKC), Christchurch or University for the Creative Arts (UCA) in Canterbury, we may well have student accommodation for you to rent.

This is a modern house on the University side of Canterbury with up to five bedrooms, on the London Road estate in Canterbury. It has gas central heating, a large kitchen, two bathrooms with two showers, one living/dining room and five bedrooms. It has wood floors in most rooms and is in very good condition. This house has recently been redecorated and furnished.

It is available for rent from July 2012 for the student year until July 2013 for a rent of £1700 per month, which works out to around £78 per person per week. This rent does not include any bills.

	This is a modern house in a quiet cul-de-sac off Headcorn Drive, close to the University of Kent campus. It has a living room, large dining kitchen with modern appliances, then four bedrooms and a separate study. There is a bathroom upstairs with a bath & a shower, and an additional toilet downstairs. 	This is a refurbished house located on Wincheap, within 10 minutes walk of Canterbury East station and Canterbury city centre. It has gas central heating (new energy-efficient boiler 2009), a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, one large living/dining room and four bedrooms (one downstairs and three upstairs). This house has recently been redecorated and is fully furnished. There is a cellar which provides useful storage space. All bedrooms have laminate wood floors. A TV and freeview box is provided for the living room. It has just been double-glazed in summer 2011.
